Shipping and Handling

Most orders ship  within 3-5 days. AVERAGE delivery time is 14-21 days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via USPS. To choose a different carrier, you will need to call in your order at 803.353.6036. Special shipping requests carry an additional handling charge.

Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.

Please do not contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than four weeks from the date of your order. Delays can occur which are out of our control.

Return Policy

The customer is responsible for verifying the spelling and accuracy of the content of the order. You will not the able to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

 No exchanges or returns except for damaged or defective products. Problems must be noted within 30 days of receipt of product.  If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
